Please put in self checkouts. You do not employee the correct amount of staff to handle evening rushes. Staff are super nice and try their best but this is a corporate issue. I turned around and went to Rens, a net loss of $88
Lillie has taken multiple levels of PetSmart’s dog training classes with Rob from beginner, intermediate, and advanced and is about to start post-advanced. Classes were both informative and fun and were excellent for learning and interaction. Rob shared his knowledge and advice and went beyond to research additional approaches to training a deaf dog. Lillie the deaf dog excels in this structured training environment and Rob's approach helps us to succeed.
I don't even want to give 1 star. There was no help, we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us just get crickets and we could see her talking to other people but still did not come over to help us. Another man was waiting too and he just took it upon himself to get what he wanted. Wish I had of done the same. Instead we just walked out and take our business elsewhere. Not returning here.
We go here for puppy training and couldn't be happier. Robert is one of the best! He has taught us more than we ever thought was possible. Its unbelievable how much we have learned and continue to learn. Very professional, would highly recommend.
Took both of our dogs to training with Rob. Both dogs had totally different needs. One did puppy school and obedience training and the other did his rescue anxiety class. Rob is happy to meet the dogs where they’re at and has lots of knowledge to offer you if you’re willing to put in the work. Cannot recommend him enough, he truly cares about helping the dogs live their best lives!
