Just went in asking about individually wrapped dog treats. And even though they didn’t necessarily had what I was looking for. They were so helpful and creative when I explained what it was for. We left super happy! Love seeing kind people just happy to help out, you guys are awesome!
My go to place for everything pet related!Reward program, buy so many bags of dog/cat food get one free. Also reward program for guinea pig/rabbit hay/food. Prices are great too.
There is a pet washing station at this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go to store for both my dog and cat.
Always seem to be sold out of stuff thr pour bata fish up on display when you aalk in are next to dead they usually only have one til open so be prepared for a wait at any point in daythe workers all seem to be polite and helpful but just not my favorite pet store
Great place, all staff friendly a rare thing in Kingston! Alot of stores have some very rude staff and if the staff feel you don't look like you have the right to be in their store the worse the behavior is from staff. Maybe this store could give lessons to alot of other retail stores in Kingston! The staff will gladly answer any questions and I have noticed the staff here say hello to each and every customer that walks through their door! This shows respect for "All Customers", they don't pick and choose who is worthy! As said before, is extremely rare in the city of Kingston.
This location is my favourite location to go to, they always treat my dog so kindly & love her!! My dog Bug always is beyond excited entering and super happy and spoiled when she leaves. All the staff are super friendly and make it a warm environment. Definitely recommend!!
Before I bought a water fountain I asked if filters were available I didn't want to spend $90 on one if I wouldn't be able to get filters. Was told yes they always carry them. When it was time I went in to find one, seeing how there wasn't any on the shelf the girl at the cash told me she could leave a note for Tom since the computer wouldn't let her order it, she took my name, number, and the filter info off screen and said she would have him call me. The next day I decided to call. After talking with Tom who remembered my purchase and was the person that told me they carry them all the time siad he ordered it for me I should receive a call once its in and once again gave my name amd number. A day after the time I was told the filter was to be in I went to store since I didn't get a call. Another girl 3rd person I dealt with said the filters never came in and she couldn't find my name OR number so once again gave the details of what I wanted, name and number. So after spending 90 dollars on a fountain, and dealing with 3 different people I NEVER heard from anyone NOR did I get a filter! Waste of time and money
This slurp product really works it's not the most expensive one and my two dogs chiuahuas have fresh breath n they had the worse bad breath Not anymore
