Reviews
Has a wide variety of products for a wide variety of animals and reptiles. Price are decent and comparable. Products are simple. Selection for organic and better end products very limited. If you want a decent pet food or product PM is a good choice. PM does have a good selection of coats/ vests and Sweaters. Good selection of dog and cat needs as well. Associated may be condescending and a little not it all when they are not.

Great store, friendly staff! My only criticism would be they often don't have enough cashiers on.

Maureen was our instructor for our puppy classes and she was amazing! Highly recommend going here.

This is NOT a good place for dog grooming, especially the Maltese Breed. I took my puppy here for his first hair cut, a puppy TRIM. I got more than a TRIM. A trim is the exact same hair style but just shorter / cleaned up. When I got my dog back, HE had bangs, his legs were cut like a poodles (short at the top and puffy at the bottom), and his fur was matted. Now I need to have him shaved in order to get rid of the matted fur, and I have to pay AGAIN when it was Petsmart's doing. I contacted customer service as soon as I got home and offered to send before and after pictures of my dog but nobody has even acknowledged me. Also, the price that I was quoted was not the price that they charged me. Their website clearly states that prices may change upon assessment of the dog, but will be stipulated before hand. I didn't find out about the price difference until I paid for it. And they dont let you see your dog until you have paid. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid for the terrible service that I received.

Like this store but the staff does not always have the best advice about product. Do your research at home first of you are particular about your pets treats.
