I walked in and seemed there was no one in the store. I found what I was looking for and brought it to the cash and there was an employee sitting behind the counter on her phone. As she checked me out she was still on her phone. I had forgot something and asked where I could find it and she pointed in the direction and said "over there." I didn't really know what she was pointing at so I went in her direction and asked again and she ignored me because she was on her phone. I ended up purchasing the first item I needed and left and went somewhere else for the second. Awful customer service, will never visit again.

Best store, friendly staff who truly care about the animals. They go above and beyond in finding the best home for the kitties they adopt out. Clean, great prices, and very knowledgeable about their products. Love this store.

Great store, great people great selection of anything pet related. The dog wash is an incredible idea and the staff are so helpful.
