Do not shop here. There are bad dishonest people here. I used to work here and the owner Roma didn't want to pay me my HST which I collect and remit to the government because I am an contractor. Anthony (manager) says to me "how do we even know you're giving the tax to the government?" Which is none of his business. Roma said that she didn't want to give me the 13% because she was paying me with cash. So if I purchase anything in their store and I pay with cash then by what they said I don't need to pay them 13% more. They claimed that they will provide me with a receipt so I have to pay them the tax. I could've given them a receipt because of my invoice that I provide them. So Roma and Anthony was trying to pull a quick one only so they can keep $50.00 worth of tax money. I have been nominated as the best groomer in Etobicoke so they lost a fantastic groomer just so they can pocket $50.00. This is called tax evasion. And it could be reported to the CRA.

An amazing store with amazing staff. They have EVERYTHING in this store for cats,dogs,fish,rabbits etc... You wont be disappointed! If you need for your pets then look no further and go there.

I always came here to buy speciality dog food and the staff are so friendly. I wish I got her name, but there's one lady that dresses up as Santa Claus every year and you can have your pet take a picture with her! She's such a genuine person and loves giving your dogs treats. Lol LOVE the self-serve dog wash station. I've used it maybe 10 times since moving to this area and it is always clean with stocked towels and shampoo.

Got my dog groomed there and they did an excellent job. She looks great.

Just recently moved into the area and my previous dog groomer was to Far to travel so decided to come here. NEVER will I ever get my dogs hair cut here again. Was told that he was extremely difficult but yet every other groomer loved him and very well behaved. When I got home I noticed the his ear was bleeding, probably from the inexperienced groomers they have there.I can only imagen what else they did here to make my dog "extremely difficult".
