Love this store and the staff! I always bring my dog and she gets so exited when she sees the red and blue sign! The training is also very helpful!

Staff are nice, but don't know much. Fish quality is poor. Always see lots of dead ones. Prices are fair.

They were very patient with all of the customers today, knowledgeable too. Didn’t catch the girls name who helped us but she had red hair and was extremely nice and helpful! Keep her, she’s a good one!

If it wasn't for the fact that PetSmart is the only major pet supply store in Sudbury, I probably would not shop here. I have purchased many fish from here, many of which have died shortly after bringing them home due to the lack care put into the tanks. They are VERY understaffed and I usually expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes before any of the staff come around to assist customers, and that's even after having the cashiers call someone up to help. Products are also expensive, and very rarely are new products brought in.
