Staff are pretty non-existent on the floor. Found what we were looking for and left. It would be good to have sales associates on the floor to assist customers. The store was very quiet as it was new year's eve. Even with that, we could not find anyone to help us. We had to hunt around to find what we were looking for. Will go back from time to time, but it speaks highly for local businesses
Genevieve groomer was wonderful. She did exactly as we requested with our two Havanese one is blind. She was quiet, compassionate. Highly recommend her.

Dropped off my 16 weeks old goldendoodle for his first grooming and told them please do not stress him out. I wanted it to be a good experience for him. Went to pick up, one of his nails were bleeding pretty bad on my husband's white shirt and dog was screaming when the groomer was using the powder to cauterize. She didn't even notice it was bleeding which made me more upset. And after I got home I found a big cut on his back. What a traumatic first experience for the pup! Now he hates it when I try to trim his nails!
