Store is very tidy and well organized.

 Good selection of food, treats, toys etc...based on the cat section we visit every time to take care of Mr. Cheddar's list!🐱 Reasonable prices too.

 They have a rewards program and no hassle return policy that are both appreciated.

Conveniently located across from Woodgrove mall, the major shopping centre here in Nanaimo.

We just stopped to give our 2 dogs a bath while we were visiting Nanaimo, and were extremely pleased with the quality of the bathing facility (and the low cost), and how friendly and helpful the staff were.
