Very poor customer service. Staff was unhelpful and indifferent, and my issue was not addressed at all.They refused to give me a receipt from yesterday knowing that is their fault cuz the machine doesn’t print receipts. This was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location after being a loyal costumer.
Extremely bad experience i bought two thing from this petro Canada one red bull and one bottle of water and I want to pay separate because I had some money in one card so this guy behave was very rude and he said no You can’t do that and he don’t know how to talk with customers Don’t buy any stuff from petro Canada
The price is a little bit lower on Montreal Rd., Ultramar. But other than that the service is good and it’s right on the Rideau Street so I can’t complain. Sometimes there’s some weird customers around this gas station but it’s part of being in that neighborhood. Would recommend this place just because it’s a gas station and you need to fill up.
Kind of tight getting in and out of the station, but they have everything you need for a service station. Gas, oils and fluids inside, snacks and drinks as well as accessories and other on the go things for the car ride.
No good service, no washroom for customers
