Zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service from Rozina. The most unhelpful, careless employee I’ve sadly come across at a Petro Canada. I have been buying the season pass car wash every month, for just about 4 years now. These passes and car washes are certainly not without their issues but usually their customer service makes up for the occasional headaches. I’m all over the city at these washes and sometimes the washes don’t work. No soap, weak spray, broken dryer etc. In this case you get a re-wash that you can use anywhere. Which is fine, I’ve used these all over town. In this case, my rewash wasn’t working even though I only received it 2 hours prior. Rozina refused to reprint a new rewash. I’ve never encountered this before in the 4 years I’ve been doing this. Usually the employees are great and super helpful when this happens! She then refused to open the washbay door so I could drive through. She made me have an entire line of people reverse their vehicles so I could reverse and leave. Incredibly disappointing experience today.
Easy access to the gas pumps. Fueled up my rental car prior to returning the vehicle. This pump is conveniently located not far from the Ottawa International Airport.nnThe payment process for the fuel up worked well. Pumps and fuel stations are well maintained. Ample parking is provided in case you need extra supplies inside this gas station.
A little bit pride of ownership would go a long way. It’s dirty and grimy. Sorry for the pic but if had said there are squished rats in the parking area who would believe that?
Car wash left dirt on bottom 1/3 of the car, dirt film across rest of car. Wheels still filthy…. and this was the so called premium wash.nnFuel pump points scan failed and so never received points, or discounted fuel as expected.nnOne star for Starbucks, I guess.
30 sept 2024, time: 1pm Terrible customer service i ever experienced the lady working there has a very bad attitude towards customer and she didn’t allow me to pay for my gas abd snacks altogether because she thought am stealing my own money from myself and then after me she treated a white women politely and this is clearly a racism and for sure i will never come to this gas station again in my life where i cannot spend my hard earned money in my way she was acting like she was owner of the gas station and she should be fired immediately
