The last night i wqs there to fill the gas and the Guy Named Dhruvish was extremely rude and racist. He stopped the pump at 10pm and closed the store and was fighting with people. I lost my Money too such a bad expérience
Last night they were just rude I was there for about fifteen minutes and there was absolutely nobody to help me.No, sign on the door, knocked on all the doors and nobody. Just as i'm about to leave. Someone's going towards the door I tell them they're not open. They ignore me. I gesture to them, and then they tell me they're the one who's supposed to be working.
It I would give a 0 I would what a joke! So, I went inside to pay for my gas and to add a car wash. Infront of the cash it says,” if we don’t ask you get a free ultimate car wash.” So, I said since you did not ask is it free he said” the car wash is broken” although there was a car inside and a line. I asked to put for it since the only reason I get gas from esso is the day I’m getting a car wash. He decided to stick to his story of its broken. When your using a franchises name a policy is a policy or else open your own brand. DISGUSTING.
There was an employees who was called khalil aged between 35-45 that was acting really bad made me wait for 10 min then blocked my pump because i gone to my car this never happend to me in any gas station before and i used to work on circle k greenbank he started telling me some excuses that i’ve never heard i’m late to work because of him and i feel like this is racism .
When i do stop at the Esso, I seem to always get someone doing the lottery and having a huge amount to go through.
