It I would give a 0 I would what a joke! So, I went inside to pay for my gas and to add a car wash. Infront of the cash it says,” if we don’t ask you get a free ultimate car wash.” So, I said since you did not ask is it free he said” the car wash is broken” although there was a car inside and a line. I asked to put for it since the only reason I get gas from esso is the day I’m getting a car wash. He decided to stick to his story of its broken. When your using a franchises name a policy is a policy or else open your own brand. DISGUSTING.
Honestly, I didn't know people could be that unintelligent. I know it's in a tough neighborhood and it may be a hard job but their are limits at being that incompetent at your job. Let's give the benefit of the doubt to the first employee maybe it was his first day . I was buying lottomax for a group at work. I ask 19 participations for the Friday lottomax draw. First guy told me I don't know how to do that. He go get his manager. They talk a little bit in their language and told me they can't do that. They said it has to be by 5. I told them I do it all the time. They talk in their language back and forth. There is a line getting longer behind me, witch add to everyone's stress. Then the manager ask me what to do. I told him, pretend that I'm 19 different customers that are buying 1 ticket each... It took so long and then he gave me a bill of 101$. I told him that doesn't make sens and showed him with a calculator. 19 X 5 = 95. Then, the first guy told me that I said yes for the encore, witch is not true. I was now late and the line was getting really long, so I decided to just pay. 6$ is not that much, but seriously. Worst employees.
Khalil the manager of gas station is raciest, harassing, and bullying people. He is not got with people.
Terrible experience. Worst staff. They falsely charge credit cards and when bringing to their attention, was told not their problem. Luckily I'm protected with Visa. But, beware, these guys are shady.nAvoid at all costs.
The night shift staff, who was serving at the cash today Tuesday Jan. 16, 24 at 4 am, did not open the door for me to buy from the store and also told me we are closed. This is happening so often with this same person behind the cash. Very bad.
