Scam alert! I think they have card readers stealing your information. I attempted to get gas as I do every single week. It was not working as normal. I had to enter my info 2-3 times and the delay was extensive. I went in and the guy was saying it’s fine, works. I said I come every week , something is wrong. He says it’s the same every week. There is no issue. Needless to say I did not get gas here and never will again. We have a corporate account with esso and they should look at this station closely. I expect they will soon find some kind of fraud going on. Not to mention the staff were rude from the start and not helpful at all. No customer service!

I had an unpleasant experience at this Esso and Tim Hortons location. I came to buy coffee and asked to use the washroom just to wash my face, but an older lady at the Esso customer service counter spoke to me rudely and refused to let me use it, even after I moved my car as she requested. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional in front of other customers. It’s not good for customer respect and loyalty, and it reflects poorly on both Tim Hortons and Esso. I hope management looks into this and improves customer service.
Terrible experience. I stopped briefly to grab a coffee from Tim Hortons and the gas station attendant wearing a hijab was extremely rude to me for simply parking there. The attitude was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect, not hostility. Very unacceptable behavior! I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.
