This is a huge pet store carries tons of pet food, treats and accessories.  The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  I’d strongly recommend this place if you live nearby Broadway in kits.  Keep it up Korna!

Very customer oriented staff working there.  For every time I shopped in store, the staff members were always opened for help or questions.  Raw food are decently priced, and wide selections of canned wet food.  I highly recommend this pet supply store in this area of Vancouver.

Large store, wide selection, well lit with wide ailes and of course pet friendly... though with some of the treat locations I think my dog has started trying to shoplift... it was a little bit of sensory overload for our 6mos old puppy but staff was friendly and quite understanding with her useful exuberance.  Lots of stock... lots of help and knowledgeable staff... and your pet will love it.  What more do you want in a pet store?

We love this store. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Like beyond my wildest expectations. Our dog loves to visit as well. Highly recommend.

I love stopping by here and checking out this store that carries so many fun pet things you don't really see in other pet stores. Really have to resist the urge to buy multiple things to donate for shelter pups!

Excellent and knowledgable service. I brought a new rescue foster pup,  who had been vomiting the night before. I was exhausted and looking for a harness, as well as food suggestions to mitigate the situation. In the process, the ladies noticed concerning symptoms they had direct experience with,  and it confirmed my own concerns - that had been previously dismissed by others as stress from the plane the day before. They told me to go to vet asap and it was needed. They allowed me to leave with a unpaid harness on the pup to expedite getting the puppy to a vet. I very much appreciated their consideration and ability to pay/return the harness later. They put my pup first.

Great store, clean and tidy. Helpful staff with great point system if you become a member and regular buyer. They have a variety of good quality raw food for cats and dogs, which we've been using for couple of years now.

TONS of raw food. There are also a lot of more interesting items you don't see at every pet store. The driftwood cat posts and wool beds are some of my favourites. I love shopping at a locally owned family business. Plus, the focus is on keeping your pet healthy rather than just selling you food that is a poor choice nutritionally. Love the staff too.

I love this store so much! I’m the first time pet parent and staff Jade was so helpful and gave us a lot of useful ideas and suggestions for feeding puppies. The brand of dog food that they are selling is exactly what I’m looking for! All in all, this store will be my dog food and pet stuff supplier.
