The owner here seems like a solid guy. He was friendly to chat with and gave me a heads up on an upcoming sale when I was debating purchasing a cat tree. They have competitive sales and friendly staff, the store is always clean, and they stock my favourite brands. They have no problem doing an exchange if you misplace your receipt. I shop here loyally. Looking forward to seeing more raw food brands they intend to phase in eventually.

Friendly staff and helpful service, good selection of pet supplies and well-located -- certainly the only shop of its type in the Spring Garden area, and maybe in all of downtown.

Only reason for 4 stars is because they don't have many aquarium supplies. Extremely helpful and courteous staff and a really clean store. Looks like cats and dogs are their specialty.

The store has an excellent selection of good quality cat food. The staff are also very friendly. You will find everything you need here for your pets.
