Jollytails Intercolonial

Horrible experience. I brought my 10 week old puppy here because I thought it would be a great place to get some socialization but it turned out to be an unpleasant experience for myself and my puppy. The staff was rude and unpleasant and there was no control over the play. If there was supposed to be a staff member with the dogs during play then they must have been busy because there was complete disregard for the puppies enjoyment and safety. There was no discipline when the larger dogs would be extremely aggressive and there was no segregation. The tiny 8 week old puppies were put in the same room with the large 15 week old labs. I will not be bringing my puppy back to this place and am upset with my experience here. My puppy did learn something from here though, she learned to snarl. If I could rate it 0 Stars I would.

We took our puppy here for puppy social, puppy class 1 & 2, and doggy daycare. There is nothing else in this world our dog loves more than going there. The staff is well mannered and very helpful with their product knowledge. The trainers are great and persistent with finding ways that work for your dog.

Jolly Tails is so convenient to where we live, but from now on I'll go the extra distance. The staff are just too unprofessional. It isn't that they're deliberately rude, they just don't seem to be aware of basic customer service and good business behavior. They're a group of mildly immature friends, bored, jaded, stuck. You might hear a fat joke when you go in, or they might be chatting with a friend and take a few minutes to acknowledge you, or they shoot you an amazed look when you ask what they think is a dumb question. The atmosphere is that of a first-year dorm. Tl:dr = go somewhere else.

Amazing staff... Amazing location... they really pride themselves on what they do. You can tell the staff truly love the dogs. This location really cares about your fur baby

Lady Hammonds Jollytails offers a wide variety of reasonably priced quality food in both raw and dry format. However what sets this place appart from other pet centric stores, is the staff... they are extremely knowledgeable on the products they carry and provide the support to the customer in making the right choice for their pet. Support a local business by offering them your patronage.
