Global Pet Foods

I think this is the first time I've ever been treated like a criminal in a pet store. I didn't have my receipt, but I had been gifted a few of some unexpired, unopened canned cat food here a while ago that my cat didn't like the flavour of with the single can I used. I asked if I could exchange the rest and I was accused of being a liar in not so many words, despite not being able to buy this particular brand anywhere else in Nova Scotia. "What if you bought it somewhere else?" Uhm... where? Did it fall from the sky? Use a little common sense. After being treated poorly by both the front desk and the supervisor, I will never be returning here again. They don't honour their product, so I will be pouring my hard earned money into PetValu instead. It's an unfortunate business decision for them, as refusing to EXCHANGE (not even refund!) $10 in cat food resulted in them losing thousands of dollars in potential future revenue and a negative review. Hope it was worth it.

Only place I get my dog food. Staff have been hit and miss lately.

Great selection of products and staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable

Bit pricey, but they normally have everything I need available when I stop by.
