Persia Foods Produce Markets

PRICES ARE AWESOME BUT STAFF ESPECIALLY CASHIERS. VERY POOR IN GOOD MANNERS👎👎 👎 Some of the cashiers are RUDE! RACISTS! How many times i have experience going there around 3pm-5pm and it is busy and the line up is long, and i understand because it is BUSY HOUR BUT HERE COMES THE CASHIER WHO IS GOING FOR HER BREAK AND PUT CLOSED SIGN IN HER LINE. LATER ON SHE CALL A CUSTOMER (PERSIAN LADY) IN THE A LONG LINE BESIDE ME. AFTER THAT A PERSIAN GUY IN A LINE UP TOO COMPLAINED AND HE SPEAK FARSI.THEN THE CASHIER CALLED HIM AND LET HIM PAY FOR HIS STAFF. WHILE THE CLOSE SIGN IS STILL THERE.. AND AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME SHE ASKED AGAIN ONE OF THE CUSTOMER TO GO AND PAY TO HER. THAT'S THE TIME I'M SO UPSET AND COMPLAINED AND THEY JUST SAID SORRY BECAUSE SHE'S GOING FOR A BREAK BUT THERE'S A LOT OF CUSTOMER. EXCUSE ME WE ARE ALL IN LINED. WHAT'S THE HARD THING TO FOLLOW THE LINE FOR YOU TO CALL A CUSTOMER TO PAY THEIR STAFF. A BIG DIFFERENCE TO THE STAFF IN PERSIAN STORE IN NOTH VAN. MANNERS IS IMPORTANT

Bad bad bad customer service. Cashiers are RUDE. Staff are very unfriendly. Store is dirty and always messy. Quality is not good that is why prices were cheap, not cheap anymore. Vary bad attitude especially from cashiers.

If you are caucasian expect to be treated like unwanted trash. They look very poorly on caucasians especially caucasian women. As soon as you come in, you are looked at as if you are God's abomination. I was called a kafir by the cash register who refused to serve me for no real reason. if you want to see a really great example of Islamic racism in full effect; go here. I owned a restaurant and have shopped there loyally for 3 years, still all the staff can do is look at me as if I am trash. Trash who spends money there. I wonder how many of these staff members are illegal workers. I boycott this place, until I get a personal and public apology for their racist behaviour. Hey guys, you left your armpit of Tehran for a better life; how about being better people too. Thoroughly disgusted and will boycott boycott boycott.

Really cheap and good assortment of Persian, Italian groceries, baked goods and fresh produce. This branch is not as clean nor has as good an assortment as its North Vancouver Lonsdale branch.
