Breads are fantastic. Probably the best in Vancouver. They can customize their sangaks if you ask and have both white and whole wheat. The staff on the bakery side are very courteous too! Always a bliss to shop here!

Best Tahchin, Best Salad Olivieh, great fresh bread and so much more. Love Afra! A trip to Afra Bakery is like a trip back home. The only place in lower mainland with Salad Olivieh that tastes like mom’s!

A very great grocery store and bakery. Absolutely phenomenal fresh sangak break a traditional Persian bread. Lovely staff, a selection of Persian food ready to go. The products are always high quality.

Based on my last experience I have to drop the stars to 1 due to food safety. Be extra careful with their prepared food as they have no expiry date. Recently bought a rice pudding, and found it covered with mold.

The whole wheat sangak is delicious. It's baked fresh in front of your eyes. The store tho, can use some improvements. The staff could be more welcoming, a simple smile goes a long way.

Incredible store, great bread and superb selection of grocery items. A gem in the community. Don't go in with an entitled attitude expecting to be served on a whim. These guys are busy doing the good work to bring people good food. Be patient and kind, and you will not be disappointed.

Its Sangak bread is very good and its Halim is fantastic. I highly recommend both to Sangak and Halim lovers

Racially discriminated. The other day I was shopping for some groceries and I was Racially discriminated because of my skin color. The Iranian family was served before me even though I was in line ahead of them with my items on the counter. My products were kept on the side to help the other Iranian customer. Really unhappy with the service. This is still happening in 2022. Can't believe it .

Very unfortunate how some of the staff members are extremely rude and how they cut corners on their food quality. We got the halim for mothers day for 20 people and it was so watered down and it was also burnt. It was so embarrassing in front of our family and guests. The old lady and the old guy do not like to take criticism and arent honest when you give them true feedback.
