As always I look forward to my visit to Peppy Dental. You are welcomed with such friendliness and enthusiasm. Those who care for you do so in a pleasant and caring way. You are treated as someone special and not just a patient. I enjoy getting to know them personally. Today, I found out that Dr. Andy and Blazer, his dog really enjoy going for a walk/run together. And how Blazer is so happy when Dr. Andy gets home. A good lesson for each of us to look forward to and enjoy the presence of those especially close to us each day. THANK YOU PEPPY DENTAL Clyde
Everyone is so kind, compassionate, gentle, friendly and caring! All the things you hope for when visiting the dentist. The doctors have amazing bedside manners! I’ve never felt like I was just another number. They are always willing to work with you and your situation. That truly matters! I travel 45 minutes to my appointments and have out of network insurance just because of how amazing everyone is! It’s worth it to me. Plus the office is truly modern and beautifully decorated. That matters too! The equipment is up to date. No one loves going to the dentist, but if I have to go, this is the only place I want to be! I’d be lost without Dr Tom and the rest of the staff. Thank you for being amazing! Highly recommend! Also want to add I had other dentists in my town ruin root canals. I had infection to the bone from botched work here in Warren. I came back to Dr Tom and Peppy dental because back when they were in network insurance Dr Sam was awesome! Dr Tom did everything possible to save most of them and take excellent care of me. I probably would have died from sepsis if it hadn’t been for Dr Tom. I’m eternally grateful for his excellent work and sincere compassion! I won’t trust anyone else but Peppy dental. They’ve always taken excellent care of me!
This appointment was for a routine cleaning. Brittany was great! I don’t think anyone loves the process, but they feel so good after it’s done. She took care to make sure I was comfortable before beginning I recently had back surgery. And she was great at her job.
Peppy Dental is superb. I have an allergy to a preservative in some of the numbing meds. They always give me the right medication & once Dr. Sam even called the mfg in France to be sure my medication was correct. Peppy Dental cares about you from the person scheduling to the doctors. I have no anxiety that the practice will not give me their very best. Very professional but also very cordial. They have great Dental insurance & different payment plans which help particularly at present time. I have been to a number of dentists in Jamestown & surrounding area. Peppy Dental is the very best.
I love going to Peppy Dental. I missed my last appointment because of a hip surgery so I didn’t see them for 8 months. Brittany my hygienist is the best! And Dr.Tom Is an outstanding dentist. I would never go anywhere else.
Best dentist I’ve been to. I may have a lot of issues with my teeth, but with this being my first visit, you were on top of my dental health and made the process comfortable and easy to understand. I used to go to the recourse center, and they wouldn’t do jack. This is the best place to go to for me to begin my dental health journey, when I was younger my mom never saw teeth as an importance to upkeep, and I am glad I can finally get my issues fixed.
I had to bring my 2 year old in with me while I had work done. Normally people will not be understanding of the fact that childcare is really hard to either find or afford. I brought my little one with and they were just so good with him. They didn't question it or make me feel some type of way for needing to bring the baby. I'm really thankful to have a dentist that is so accepting, gentle and caring! I definitely recommend Peppy to anyone who needs a real, good dentist
Very pleasant experience. Went for my new patient visit today and had nothing but the best service from everyone. I was greeted in a friendly manner, had little wait time, dentist and dental assistant were very nice and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. The checkout process was easy as well. Left there with a smile
I thought the staff and receptionist was really nice and friendly. They made johnny feel at ease. For his first dentist appointment. He didn't let anyone see much of his teeth. But soon as we left he wanted to go back in so the dentist can see his teeth. I will get in touch with a pediatric dentist for him. Once he gets little older I will take him back to you guys Thank you and the staff.
I have been going to Peppy Dental since the very beginning. Dr. Sam and Dr. Tony are the most caring and professional dentists you can find. In fact, the entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly, highly recommend Peppy Dental for your dental needs, you will be glad you went there.
