Phenomenal agent! I had my home listed with two top Kingston agents, each for a six month period. They were both great, decent and honest agents, but I didn’t get a single offer even after substantially dropping the asking price. I was truly surprised with the speed I received an offer and I was even more surprised with her commitment to secure the maximum possible price for my home. Penny is clearly in a category of her own.
