Terrible Customer Service. No exaggeration when I say every single request required multiple follow-ups in order to get the issue resolved. Be it having to send two work orders, 5 emails for a requested document, or monthly phone calls to fix parking issues which supposedly got remedied after every call. Place was absolutely filthy upon moving ( representative rushed us through the move-in inspection). We were lied to about having access to our fusebox. The list goes on. I would caution everyone from renting from Panadew.

This company is terrible. Check any of the Queen's facebook year pages, or housing pages, and witness for yourself. When I moved out of a house I lived under their care in second year they tried charging us for a cleaning fee. The fee was 200+ dollars (ridiculous seeing as 5 bedroom TORONTO house cleaning services charge half that). Moreover, we left the place cleaner than we had gotten it. MOREOVER X2, they never inspected the house even though we called them multiple times as we tried to hand them the keys. If they had let us know about their bogus claim that the house was dirty the day we had moved out - we would have cleaned it. Sucky company.

My experience with Panadew was great. They always addressed my questions in a time manner and were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend anyone who is either new to Kingston or looking for a reputable landlord to rent from to strongly consider Panadew as an option.

My husband and I worked with Panadew in an emergency. They were cooperative and processed our application quickly allowing us a speedy resolution to a difficult situation. I appreciate their efficiency and attention. Panadew dealt with issues promptly and politely at all times. I especially enjoyed working with Tara, she is lovely to deal with. I would recommend Panadew without hesitation. Thank you for all your help, both coming and going.

Panadew is excellent! When we needed our window replaced as it was broken and was part of our fire escape, they fully replaced it with a brand new one in a timely manner. They maintain their buildings and when someone from Panadew needs to enter your unit, they always give at least 24 hours notice. If you have any issues with your unit, they are always willing to help!
