As a young couple, the process of buying anything in this market is quite daunting, let alone buying our first home. Mat was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations; there is no doubt in our minds that the experience would not have been the same with anyone else. He was attentive to our many questions, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, explained every aspect of what the buying and owning process entailed, paid strict attention to our concerns, and even made the process fun and exciting!
