Good place to shop especially when the items are on sale. At regular price, it's not bad but slightly expensive.

I love going here. I would never buy anything at full price as things are way overpriced (like Canadian Tire) but they always have sales. As long as you're patient you can pick up what you want at a discount (like Canadian tire :) ). I've bought tons of stuff here ranging from a $12 breakfast sandwich maker to $200 designer shirts, and everything in between. I have never had any problems with sales, returns and the quality of the products have always been top notch. I am yet to throw away a product from the Bay as they last forever.

Worst store I have ever been in my life. Think about what customer service is, then think about the opposite, that's the Bay Fairview. Also, if you are under the age of 35, you will definitively get no help from the workers whatsoever. However, if you look like you are above 50, you will get great service. The only time they will talk to you is when they try to shove down your throat their credit card even if you refuse to sign up multiple times. It is borderline harassement. Seriously, avoid this place at all cost.
