Pediatric Dental Associates Bend

Our family has had a great experience here! We first took our daughter right after her second birthday for her first "checkup," and right away the entire staff put her at ease. Both the hygienist and Dr. Elise were very gentle and explained everything that was happening. My daughter loved being able to watch part of a movie while in the chair, it really helped her relax. The whole set-up is great for kids, from the waiting room to the prizes that the kids get to pick after their appointment. Olivia always talks about the dentist and how she loves seeing Dr. Elise! I truly believe that having such positive experiences at the dentist has made my daughter excited for her checkups, not scared at all. I highly recommend this place.

Both my daughter and I received the very BEST experience today. I truly can not express my appreciation for the kindness and incredible care my daughter received today. She has been a patient for awhile but today she required a more expensive procedure and she never once even made a slight motion of discomfort, EVEN with an injection, which is unbelievable to me! What an incredible office!!

If I could give 0 I would I can't believe the lack of understanding when it comes to children. I have 5 children unfortunately we scheduled 4 for appointments back to back and as I pulled up my 4 year old started vomiting all over the car and her sibling. I called them from the parking lot to let them know that we were going to need to reschedule due to the circumstances, the receptionist asked if there was anyway I could at least bring in two of my children? my response was I don't know how you would like me to do that, leave my 4 year old in the car while sick and vomiting while we carry on with her little brothers and her sisters apt? how would you like me to go about doing that? I was then put on hold, when she returned to the phone I was told since this wasn't my first missed apt (We had missed 2 past apt due to the wrong number being on file) and they allocated so much time for my family and I couldn't find a way to at least bring a couple of my children in that I needed to seek dental care elsewhere. I understand loosing out on that time and money is frustrating but considering I had already paid thousands in cash for services in the past the amount of money you are making should make up for the lost time but maybe since they saw we were recently put on the OHP this is why they chose to terminate my children's care? Or maybe because they do not have children of their own they don't understand the struggle of being a parent to 5 children in the slightest. What ever the case, it really didn't set well with me that they were so non understanding and just plane rude about it. So in the end I wouldn't want my children to get care from here anymore and would encourage others to refrain from taking their children here if it is a caring and understanding dental care they desire.

You will not find a better pediatric dentist duo in Bend! The dentists and staff are highly skilled and also have amazing communication skills. They make my kiddos feel like they are right at home. Their new dental office is so chic and kid friendly it makes me want to hang out their too. Highly recommend! A VW bus in the waiting room? Come on..amazing!

My children truly enjoy going to the dentist because of the kind, gently approach both Dr. David Burrus and his wife Dr. Elise Burrus consistently provide! As a parent, I find all of the staff members to be very helpful and positive. I would highly recommend Pediatric Dental Associates.
