I am definitely one of those people who dreaded going to the dentist. I avoided it for years! Dr. Engel and the Studio Nine30 team have completely changed that outlook for me. I actually WANT to pick up the phone when Rosa calls! Everyone in the office was so understanding when I arrived for my first visit with a ton of anxiety and cavities. They designed a care plan to get me back on a healthy track at a pace that felt manageable mentally and financially. Though it was lower priority than getting my general oral health back, I shared with Dr. Engel that I had always felt a bit insecure about my smile because of my gum line. Over the course of a year, Dr. Engel and his team treated all the cavities I came in with and after making it through those treatments, Dr. Engel quickly and fairly painlessly adjust my gum line to create a smile I am so proud to show off. Check out the before and after! Over the last couple of years, I have gone through periods of being really on top of my dental care and periods where I have allowed that daily maintance to drop in priority. When I'm doing great, I'm excited to show that off during my visits and when I'm not doing great, I know I can have an honest conversation and leave feeling supported with a plan of action to get back on track. I feel so lucky to have found Studio NINE30!
Dr. Engle and his staff get five stars! I have been a patient for over 20 years. The office is immaculately run. Dr. Engle has the latest technology and highest level of service and a friendly, kind atmosphere. He has a gifted eye in creating natural looking caps and crowns with exceptional attention to detail. I have received numerous compliments on my smile!
The staff at Studio Nine 30; starting with Rosa at the front desk, Tessa and Michelle & of course Dr Engle himself have taken the fear I've always had about dental work in general and made me feel so very comfortable. They listen to you no matter what and are always willing to accomadate you down to the smallest detail. Whatever you made be needing this is the best you will find. A big shout out to all of you for the best teamwork ever.
I came to Dr Engel with significant dental problems. I had been at another dental office for about a decade and experienced steadily declining dental health including the loss of teeth despite my significant efforts. Within a few appointments at Dr Engel's office the alignment of my teeth and bite were vastly improved, my gum pockets stabilized and my gum health was much better. For the first time in several years, I received positive news about my dental health and feel good about my efforts and the future. In addition Dr Engel worked within my budget to find a treatment plan to address the teeth that I had lost. I highly recommend Dr Engel and his staff!
Dr. Matt has been incredibly patient and kind through my journey. I’ve had health issues this past year and it’s unfortunately interrupted my “dental plan” with Studio NINE30. I’ve had to miss appointments and they’ve always welcomed me back kindly and ready to pick up where we left off. Not only are they patient, kind, and professional, but Dr. Matt does phenomenal work. My root canals, crowns and fillings have been pain free, besides a little sting with the numbing, and look beautiful when completed! Rosa at the front desk is very professional and informative when booking, rescheduling, or answering any questions. The staff always makes sure I’m comfortable and they are always concerned with their patients’ overall well-being. I look forward to completing my dental work with Dr. Matt and can’t wait to see how beautiful and comfortable it all turns out. Great place. Great dentist!
Going to the dentist can sometimes be an unpleasant experience. This is not the case with Dr. Engel's office. I've been to several different dentists over the years and Dr. Engel is the best dentist I've been to. You can tell that he and his staff take great care to create a comfortable and professional environment for their patients. Unlike other dentists, I don't feel rushed and feel like "just another patient." He actually took the initiative to get to know me and found out we had several things in common. Rather than dreading my upcoming dental appointments, I look forward to them, and I feel confident that I'm getting the best service possible. Thank you Dr. Engel and staff for making my dental visits a pleasant experience!
Dr. Engel was extremely thorough and came up with a treatment plan that is reasonable and well received. I had another dentist in Bend for 5 years, and he never spent the time to go over my dental care in depth, like Dr. Engel did with me today. I am encouraged that my smile can be improved, as well as my dental health. Based on my first visit, I would highly recommend Studio NINE30.
I highly recommend Dr. Ingel and his professional staff. I had extensive dental work done and was extremely pleased with two dental implants and a crown. It was great having the crown work done with one appointment. The office is extremely clean and modern. While sitting in the chair you have a beautiful outdoor view. The staff including Dr. Ingel make you feel welcome and put you at ease immediately. Dr. Ingel is very thorough when explaining your dental procedures. All in all a great outcome and I am very pleased with the results!
I don't write reviews often but Dr Matt Engle and his team at Studio Nine 30 deserve to be acknowledged for being the best they can be every day Studio Nine 30 isn't another "TV Tooth Mill" and Dr Engle isn't an assembly line dentist A comfortable, friendly, professional and confidence inspiring feeling from the front door through treatment is what I experienced. From my initial exam and consultation through treatment, everything and I mean everything was awesome It's difficult to sort through the "zillions" of over advertised "hype" dental offices hustling to support their huge overhead these days. It's even more difficult to make an informed and confident treatment decision while getting hammered with vague and unsubstantiated claims of excellence That's not the case here Unfortunately and like too many people I've had the dental misfortune of experiencing a horribly less than acceptable dental history to say the least Thankfully my family and I will never again have to endure the over priced poor treatment that I have experienced up to now Studio Nine 30 is the solution I wish I'd discovered decades ago
If you are nervous about dental work, you can rest easy knowing Dr. Engel has the expertise and caring attitude to put you at ease. Folks, I've had a lot of dental work done and was skeptical about trying a new dentist. I'm telling you, if you are needing a crown, filling, simple dental cosmetic procedure or basic teeth cleaning, StudioNINE30 is your place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they make me feel like I'm the only patient of the day. Dr. Engel has fantastic bedside manner and treats his staff very respectfully. I would highly recommend StudioNINE30.
