Excellent experience, Dr Brad Johnson is caring and considerate, his staff are friendly and efficient. Here's how my last visit went: I needed an exam/cleaning, called and they got me in within 3 business days. The day before my appointment, I get a courtesy reminder call from Heather. At my appointment, Dr Johnson came out to the waiting room, visited with me and asked about my family (he's been our dentist for over a decade). My exam and cleaning was a smooth and pleasant experience, no surprises. I thought I had my new insurance info, but turned out I forgot it! No problem Heather said, get that to her the next day, which I did, but not before Dr Johnson called to check up on me and make sure that I was doing well and did not have any issues from the visit. Contemporary Family Dentistry is redefining customer service for medicine. I wouldn't go to any other dentist in Central Oregon.
