Pearl Fever Tea House

The music was too loud, they wouldn’t let my girlfriend use the restroom to wash her hands, the prices are kind of high, but the tables were clean. We came because of the high rating, but just weren’t that impressed :/

the music is always amazing, the drinks are always amazing, the employees have always been super nice and the atmosphere is awesome. best bubble tea place on the ubc campus, highly reccomend. the menu is really comprehensive and makes it easy to figure out what you can get though its hard to decide between so many good options hahaFood: 5/5

matcha ice cream is very disappointing. tastes like powder blended with ice. idk how it made to your best sellers list

Good flavours and plenty of seating. Service is quick and efficient, and the place is quite clean and well maintained. Great spot to grab bubble tea nearby UBC.

Very good boba tea place. For the uninitiated, they have a very simple short menu easy to choose containing the options and the sequence to order. I had the roasted japanese tea with milk and pearls. Ice and sugar were exactly as I expected. I will definitely go again when I am in the area next time.

I got the Royal Rocher smoothie with 50% tapioca, since it was the first time seeing a smoothie based on Ferrero Rocher - no regrets at all! They have a solid selection on flavours with high customization options for sugar level, ice level, and tapioca types. Would visit again.

I ordered through DoorDash 1st mistake as I normally don’t use them. Second I ordered a strawberry smoothie with 1x pearls and 1x grass jelly. They put absolutely no grass jelly into the drink and when I called I get a Im so sorry I put it inside the drink. No you didn’t

Solid selection of bubble tea here. The strawberry black tea I got was way too sweet even at 75% sweetness.

Decent little place. I expected drinks at this location to be higher priced because of the limited options within the immediate area but it is recently priced. Parking: Pay parking only Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think the door has a switch for motor assisted opening.

This is my favourite place to get bubble tea around the UBC campus! Selection is good and service is always pretty fast.
