Pearl Bridal House

What a wonderful experience! After visiting two other well known bridal boutiques in the GTA and finding nothing, I became very discouraged and thought I will just have to settle on a dress as my wedding is fast approaching. When I arrived at Pearl and I was greeted by Nadia, she simply looked at me and said "Don't worry, I will for sure find you something you love!" and that she did! She was never pushy or forcing dresses on me, like i experienced at other places, yet reading my reaction and bringing me things that she though would make me feel amazing. She is very knowledgeable in all the dresses and designers at Pearl. I would highly recommend Pearl to any bride or bridal party looking for an amazing, professional bridal boutique carrying the most wonderful designers for brides and bridal parties.

I got my dress at Pearl! The customer service was excellent and absolutely was a part of the reason I ended up moving forward so quickly (after not picking something for months). Before Pearl, I had been to 8 other bridal shops in Toronto (probably every one you've heard of!). At Pearl, I found the sales support was perfect. Not pushy, phony, or too reactive to my comments/opinions. Her goal was to help me find the perfect dress, period. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, but was extremely pleasant to be around and very down to earth. You have the entire back room to yourself, it is very intimate and beautiful. You can tell the owner has handpicked all the dresses and designers. I really loved everything I put on. They also offered me a discount which was helpful as I came in with a budget. Overall - great experience! VERY happy I decided to go.

All staff members were amazing (especially my stylist, Brendan)! Everyone was warm, welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of room for family/friends. Beautiful store. Amazing selection. My appointment went a little long but I never ever felt rushed. I found the perfect dress! I am so glad I made the trip (from the US)!!

I went here for a bridal consultation. Their service is good and the people are nice. This is the only bridal shop that offered me the choice of a male consultant. I thought that was nice and progressive. The space is large and generally private. They don't have a lot of the styles they claim to have online, so call ahead if there are specific styles you're interested in. If you're looking for a lot of glamour and intricate lacework in your gown, I don't think this is your top choice. They have some of the simpler more "generic" gowns.

I found my wedding dress at Pearl Bridal House yesterday and had a great experience. I had contacted the store a week prior to confirm that they had a specific dress and they were prompt in getting back to me by email. At the appointment everyone was friendly and welcoming and we were able to browse the dresses ourselves. They have a great selection of dresses- I was definitely not after a glitzy gown and prior to the appointment was a little concerned that may be the bulk of what they had to offer, but they had lots of simpler and edgier styles as well as sparkly ball gowns. Vanessa was my stylist and she was wonderful! She gave honest and respectful opinions but left space for my mom and me to make our own decisions, helped me understand how dresses would fit my body in the proper size/with alterations, was knowledgeable about their dresses and inventory, and made lots of suggestions for things to try that I wouldn’t have picked myself. Vanessa’s energy was very upbeat and positive but not at all overwhelming. I am so in love with my dress! Looking forward to seeing you and Stevie again in the Summer!
