When I started my journey at Peak Physique as a 6-week challenger I had one goal: to LOWER my cholesterol! At 35 my cholesterol hit 231 after being above 200 for 5 years. I tried to lower it on my own and even with Pinterest searches and Google (doesn’t everyone turn to those two experts?!?!?!), I was unsuccessful! Enter the 6 Week Challenge...I desperately wanted to avoid taking medication and I figured if dramatically changing my eating habits and exercising didn’t help, then nothing would and maybe medication was the answer. For 6 weeks I followed the program exactly and poured my heart and soul into the workouts! I completed my 6-week challenge on May 28th and literally went from my post challenge weigh in to the clinic for my blood test. A few short days later I received the most unexpected and amazing news, my cholesterol was 202! Yep-you read that right, it dropped by 29!!! There is no arguing with results like those! Little did I know that what started as a “way to lower my cholesterol” would turn into a journey that completely changed me as a person! I feel AMAZING, healthy and strong both inside and out. I am more confident, driven, and goal orientated. The support at Peak is phenomenal and it didn’t stop after my challenge. Of course I now have new goals and Tim and the trainers are right on board in helping me achieve these! I couldn’t be happier to be part of the Peak Family. If you are pondering the 6-week challenge-DO IT, don't wait! Now is the time to take this journey-now is the time to figure out your “why” and jump in with both feet, you will not regret it!

Amazing program! If you REALLY want to make a change, Peak is the place to start. Tim, his Staff and the entire Peak Family treat you as equals from day one. No matter your fitness level, Peak will make modifications to fit your needs. The Members welcome everyone with support and encouragement and you truly become part of a Family here.
