We spent 3 hours here on a chilly winter afternoon when we had only intended to be there 2! The art and weapons exhibit, which is why we went, was incredible (I stopped and read every detail), and while I thought I'd want to breeze through the rest, I couldn't help but linger in every room. I don't care one bit about geology, and yet I just had to get a look at literally every mineral in that exhibit! I 100% recommend making this a stop for any trip to Boston.

Our favorite museum in town, and we like museums. The exhibits on American Peoples are well curated and well executed (engaging, interesting, educational). We visit at least once a year, and always recommend it to visitors in town.

Great examples of native American and Latin American culture and history. The dual membership into the natural history museum accessible from the third floor makes for an irresistible package.

Very interesting exhibits and history - ranges from Native American artifacts to an extensive taxidermy collection. Be sure to explore the entire museum, there is definitely something for everyone here!

This Museum is a little hard to find but is an unexpected gem if you are interested in Archaeology and Ethnology. It's off the list of high trafficked sites but a nice stop.
