Brey interesting museum. It's a small place but with very beautiful exposition about art and technology. The tickets are $10 adult and $5 child/student.

I was disappointed. It was smaller and leas extensive than I had expected. The displays that were there were of a high quality but I didn't really get an overall view of MIT and how it has spanned the years. I did enjoy the display of mechanical artworks (see picture) which was a great example of human ingenuity. Kudos for the free wifi which is widely available.

A mesmerizing, mind-boggling, and inspiring museum. It's fascinating, some of the artifacts. Especially the holographic stuff, and the mechanical artifacts with gears. Visitors to the city should definitely not miss this, especially if you're a STEM student, a creative person, or someone who loves mechanical tech.

Small, but to-the-point - an interesting combination of art and tech.
Highlights: early prototypes of a motley of robots created by MIT researchers and goofy kinetic sculptures designed by engineer/artist, Arthur Ganson.

Best-kept open secret in Boston. Over the years, my wife and I have taken 8-year-olds through 80-year-olds here, and they all had a great time. The most difficult invite was a teenaged girl who “didn’t like science and math”. Even she admitted afterwards that she had a fantastic time there.
