Because this place is a joke you have unprofessional people who have no idea how to do there job. You let Elderly people suffer in pain as I do on a daily basis. I had Leanne Sprague as a primary care person she for one should Find another profession, because for people like her as well! As one of your people in walk in really is A joke. I suffer from back pain on a daily basis With the point of sometimes unable to walk. Now to me that is abuse,It is my understanding that professional care providers should not let people suffer in pain when all other resources have been done. Instead just refer them to someone else. I am 64 year's old & do u think I care about getting hooked on pain meds & my age no I do not if it means for me to be able to get up each morning & know that I can walk. She & others like them need to be reported to the medical board. She wouldn't even see me when I went in telling them I had been exposed too mold for 3 years & had headaches so bad I wanted to die. I think I can sum it up by your name Medical CARE provider. Where's the care. Leanne Sprague referd me the the pain clinic as I have gone several times before,this last shot did not help maybe 2 days. I have such bad back pain that I cry Just about every day because it is so painful I can't stand. This is why people like u & your so called care providers, cause people to commit suside because the pain is unbearable. And I for one can't live this way much longer Knowing no will help,And have to find a real doctor to help me live with this pain that will never go away. And For me as alot others in life ,I choose not to live this way. You all @ PCHC make me sick & don't think I'm the first. And then u have Amanda Young calling a friend of mine A drug Addict,that takes some balls & is unprofessional to say things to such to a patient.

This place is great as a primary care and urgent care. I feel like they always work hard to keep to appointments, have a friendly staff, and work diligently to advocate for patients when dealing with insurance companies. I feel PCHC has gone above and beyond to help me.

I recently switched to this practice and am very glad I did. If you take an active approach to your healthcare, you owe it to yourself to take a look at PCHC. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and focused on you as a patient during your time with them. Follow-up has been exceptional. This is patient care as it should be and I get right in at my appointment time without waiting.

I think they r friendly enough but need to know more about comp and work related injurys ive been refused twice all because paperwork was insaficiant and wasn't done correctly so it screws me over ....
