I understand a lot of stores are struggling right now because of the pandemic, but they really need to improve their communication and update their automatic messages. Please don't commit ti respond to customer inquiries in 24hr if an answer may never come.

He’s an absolute crook. Says he pays 40% to his groomers because “business is so good”. Any fair/normal business owner as well as groomers; all know it’s 50/50 or more. Read further down into the reviews and you’ll see how much of a crook he is. Stay away!

The staff is amazing here and always kind and accommodating! You know they will treat your baby well when they are being groomed which all dogs hate.

Mary was absolutely amazing at helping us with finding the perfect gift for our cat. She seemed very passionate at what she does. Milly the cat was a great asset to the store and experience.

Groomer is amazing. 1.5 hour for full groom. Super friendly, give pups treats at end of their groom or shopping trip
