Outstanding customer service! They really go above and beyond. Cy provided me with information and access to products I needed to treat a mite infestation. You can't get service and expertise like this anywhere else!

Very convenient and I am shock to hear it will be closing the end of June. The young ladies that work there are super amazing, helpful and could really run the store themselves. They show great care, respect and knowledge of all the animals.

Extremely rude service. They made me feel unwelcome for not being a regular customer. I was bombarded with comments from a staff member about how at reptilia you have to buy a tickets to see animals and that I had no idea how much it costs to run a pet shop etc. I was there for 5 minutes and I left wanting to cry.

I was taking care of some baby raccoons for a wildlife center. I needed kitten formula and I told them what I needed it for. When I found out I didn't have enough, they gave me the container and let me come back and pay the rest of it. Baby raccoons have to eat every few hours so Critters Castle was pretty crucial in saving their life.

Very friendly staff and can offer some great insights on taking care of your pets. It is a smaller building however I was able to find what I needed for my fist.

The staff is amazing, the pricing is very good. Picked up my first hamster in 2015 and another in 2016. Great Job
