I got my guinea pigs from here almost 5 years ago now. I love this place and to walk around it. Handling the rodents are always a must.. so cute!!

Trashy service, I sent them a message asking about hedgehogs and if they were on sale. They just left me on seen and removed me from their followers! What kind of service is this! They don’t seem to care about their customers at all.

Got some beautiful guppies for the kids. Picked up at the door and could only trust that the lady would pick out the best of the best for the kids and they were thrilled with her choices. Made for a good day with the kids.

Only shop in town that carried the aquarium plants I was looking for. Nice folks and shop in Cabbagetown.

Honestly the best pet store in the city! I found a great variety of products for both my chihuahua and cat. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to my questions. They also offer free delivery which saves me having to lug around cat litter! Highly recommend this store.
