It's a NIGHTMARE! Save yourself! The building managers are CROOKS! I have NOT HAD a good night sleep since I move here 1st July2022. After paying 1st month rent and damage deposit. These 2 CROOKS would not fix anything, they even lie and make up stories. SAVE YOURSELVES!!!

This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! Not worth a SINGLE PENNY! The 2 building managers are CROOKS! After paying 1st month rent and damage deposit, they refuse to fix anything. I have NOT HAD a GOOD NIGHT SLEEP since I moved in here on the 1st JULY 2022. I work graveyard shifts and have lost a couple of work shifts. My unit 2507 has a loud buzzing noise ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT! Because of the HUGE exhaust fan of the building which is right on top of my UNIT. The unit was QUIET during the moving in inspection. They LIED about having "professionals" coming to solve the problem, cause NO ONE SHOWED UP to fix it. They lied about turning the Huge EXHAUST BUILDING FAN off. They REFUSED to move me to another similar unit that is empty in the building. I have file a DISPUTE RESOLUTION with RTB. WILL update here, what happens NEXT! Stay tuned.... please help or advice on my situation. I am going crazy due to sleep deprevation.

Loved living here, great memories. the two managers are super great. Roger is very nice and Dave is hilarious. If I move back to Vancouver I will definitely give the guys a call to see if they have any flats available.

I have lived in this apartment for two and a half years. The two building managers are very caring and if you need something fixed or done, they make sure it gets done quickly. Both managers know people by name and are very respectful. The service I have received here has been exceptional.

STAY AWAY from this company, renter's nightmare!!! The office managers never respond to calls, extremely unprofessional and unorganized and one always has to chase them around, as they don't even bother calling you back even if you kindly ask them to. But when they finally do, there's nothing but made up stories and lame responses. All they do is make you to run around just to come back with more lies. We are grown up, professional people that value our time and to be treated with such disrespect is a complete disgrace, this company is a shame and should be out of business. What kind of service is that? The building is poorly maintained, apartments are overcrowded with students, drug users, bed bugs and with virtually no security. The rental units offered for premium, are super dirty and poorly fixed. The managers building and property alike are liars and don't know what customer service is. Complete lack of respect for people that lived in their building and paid rent for more than 3 years. Save your time and put your money somewhere else, this place and specifically people are not worth it, nothing but a headache and broken promises.

Building Manager smokes in front of the entrance with two clearly marked no smoking signs. When you tell him to move from the entrance he threatens to ban you from the building. He should be fired immediately. Never in my life have I seen such rude behavior from a Manager.

I called and left a message about renting an apartment. They never bothered to call me back either. Red flag. Unprofessional. Off my list.

Just an ok building, Pretty cheap rent compared with buildings around. And yes maintenance is required for the suites.

Average building, but awesome and helpful managers that go above and beyond.
