Brutal management. The company that owns this building cuts every corner and the on site manager is completed useless. To get assistance you need to write countless emails, endless phone calls with no answer, voicemails with no response, then nothing gets done. All this while charging premium rent. If you move here you will regret it.

The building is conveniently located in the West End, and there have been many improvements.  Very friendly staff.
