From the very first conversation with the Paul Rushforth Real Estate I was treated with professionalism. The office was extremely efficient with setting me up with a realtor within hours of my call. I was selling from out of country which made the process that much more difficult. Ryan Angus from the get go was on the job. Ryan did his research and came up with a price I felt was worthy of the property. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind and worked so that in the end I felt comfortable with our eventual selling price. He always made himself available to me (even with a 3 hour time difference) and was happy to explain paperwork and answer any concerns that I had. The property was photographed beautifully and was listed perfectly and thus received a lot of foot traffic. I would highly recommend Ryan Angus from Paul Rushforth Real Estate. I am extremely pleased with my decision to go with Paul Rushforth Real Estate and even more so that the property sold so quickly!

Eric Vezina is an out standing real estate agent. I cannot recommend him enough. With less than 60 days from start of search to move in, we never would have made it with out Eric’s help. Having worked in real estate previously, I was aware of the work ahead when we decided to buy. Luckily, we were introduced to Eric who patiently showed us every viable house in Ottawa. Eric was prepared for every visit, readily available over the phone and always in good humour. Nights where we saw four or five homes he took the time to get a feel for what was important to us. When it came time to put in an offer, he gave realistic advice which was greatly appreciated. If you are in the market to buy a home, your first move should be to call Eric.

As first time buyers, we worked with both Mike and Ryan and were very pleased with the service we received. We appreciated that Ryan’s team provided suggestions according to our desired criteria, but that our own finds were welcomed. Ryan was responsive, patient and never left us feeling pressured. He provided guidance when needed, was great at noticing all the positives and potential issues with a home, and allowed us to come to our own conclusions about whether a potential home was “for us”. We've had a fantastic experience from the very beginning. I reached out online because we're currently living in Toronto and we received a call extremely quickly. We were paired with Dora, who has been absolutely wonderful to us! As first-time homebuyers, we needed some hand-holding and patience, and Dora was nothing but accommodating.
