Geoff McGowan is a highly experienced realtor in the Ottawa-West area. My wife and I have moved several times with the military and have yet to be served with such professionalism and competence as we were with Geoff. His complete knowledge of the area and service providers found us the perfect house in short order. On top of that, we enjoyed his company while we looked at houses. Highly recommended.

Steve Burgoin was an absolute saving grace for us. After three months on the hunt with another realtor, the search grew tiresome and stale. It was no longer a fun experience for us. We decided to part ways with our current realtor and hire Steve to help get us to the finish line. Not only did he do that, it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Steve had an incredible knowledge base for housing in the greater Ottawa area. He was fun to be around, kept us up to date, showed us places we didn’t see on our searches, and most of all, he helped us sign one of the most complicated purchases we have ever made. We would highly recommend Steve and his team and if we ever need their services again, will definitely come knocking. My experience selling my home and buying a new home could not have been more successful and pleasant that it was with Geoff and Bobbie McGowan! Even though I know how busy they must be, I felt very well cared for as if I were their only client. I felt listened to and felt that they knew exactly what I was looking for in a new home and they found it for me! I am happy that there will be new people living happily in the home I just sold (within a week and for more than the asking price!) and I will be happy in the lovely home that was found for me! Anyone in the market looking for a realtor should go to the best - Geoff and Bobbie McGowan!!!
