My wife and I have just relocated to Ottawa from out of province. Susan could not possibly have been more thoughtful, efficient or accessible. Immediately after reaching out, she always had our interests in mind. She dedicated what seemed like her entire schedule into finding us the home we desired. Being on a home hunting trip, our time in Ottawa was limited to one week. In this time she had arranged the viewing of over 20 homes, negotiated our purchase and even had the inspection completed. We couldn't possibly been more impressed. Truly the champion of our relocation experience. When the time comes to sell, there's no question who will be our first choice.

If you require water turned to wine at your next party, Susan is your best bet. She is a miracle worker. Susan has sold our home, not once but twice in three days! We sold and bought a home in a week with a two year old and a 5 week old- and somehow Susan kept me from losing my mind with multiple bids, lost bids, bad home inspections, backed out clients, and getting tangled in red tape. This was the most professional and amazing experience we have ever received. Almost makes me want to move again... but not quite ;)
