Korean grocery store. I shop here to a lot of my weekly staples. They offer produce, fresh meats, fish, to frozen items. Prepared food items. Lots of snacks. Ramen&noodles. Rice cakes are great here. Little pricy. Selection is mediocre but better then others compared to downtown. Staff and the manager provide very good customer service to everyone their or others who have questions about certain Korean products. They also have offer custared/red bean fish shaped treats which are always fresh and . They also my favorite rice in bulk. 8.6/10
Delicious and cheap fresh Taiyaki made here! Bean or custard filling available. Make sure you bring cash! Love this place for Asian goodies, treats and food
Lots of Korean & South East Asian grocery goods and some very nice random snacks. Definitely get the fish-shaped no fish ingredients custard waffle as you leave. It's yum and reminds me of Custard Cream biscuits! I'd personally give the red bean ones a miss, unless you're a big fan! I usually am, though this didn't do it for me.
Grocery selection isn't anything crazy nor are the prices too special. However it gets 5 stars for the delicious taiyaki which comes at a decent price.
For those who don't know, this is a Korean grocery store, have most of the products from Korea but, you can find some Chinese, Japanese and western stuff as well. Positive points - stuff you can only find there, good variety of Asian stuff. Negative points - Some prices are a bit high comparing with other Korean grocery A bit full of stuff , that means is kinda squish in some points... Still recommend because some stuff you can only find there...
Pretty good Korean Grocery store. Somewhat smaller than the PAT - Mississauga location but still have lots of products. The produce are fresh as well. Definitely stop by this place if you're around Christie.
This is the "OG" Korean market in Toronto. Having said that, it feels and looks so. Super duper crammed with narrow aisles. The food selections are good and side dishes tastes pretty good. I usually go to stock up on konjac jelly drink.
Satisfied all my Asian food cravings at reasonable prices. The staffs were all quite friendly and approachable. The cashier I was one even wrapped my glass jar with old newspaper to avoid casualties.
Great selection of Korean speciality food, various homemade pickles and side dishes. Kevin’s tayakis are always a bonus. However prices for fresh produce, meat & dairy are quite high.
I normally don't leave negative reviews for businesses however the hostile experience I encountered with employees which was completely unnecessary. I remove graffiti and paint over tags for the business improvement area and yesterday while I was doing my job I got harassed and profiled by at least 4 or 5 employees. An innocent bystander even inserted herself to defend me and what I was doing but they were rude and unapologetic. I haven't even experienced shopping at this grocery store and now have no desire to after the way I was treated. Lol shout out to the bystander who apologize on their behalf.
