I am writing today because of the issues I have had with the Tacoma branch of this clinic. I called a month ago for appointments for me and my husband to get a whole suite of vaccines for travel to Cambodia and Thailand. We scheduled the appointments for the end of next week. First problem, the medical history form online worked for me but not my husband, and calling the clinic was unable to resolve the issue. Second, your office called today and cancelled on me barely a week out. The office offered to reschedule but couldn't find a single other open opportunity for our appointments in the next month, even with every weekday after 3:30pm offered as an option. This is completely unacceptable. The only other option offered was to schedule us at a clinic more than an hour away. Also, not reasonable. The receptionist was borderline rude the entire time, and acted like we were bothering her by trying to get an appointment for our vaccines that we could make it to before our December trip. I won't be bothering them further, for this or future trips, or for the visa services I'd asked for information about. They've lost my business, and I recommend not giving them yours.

Multiple calls and nobody answers the phone, when visiting in person it's closed in the hours they supposed to be open
