Just ran in to pick up some screws for my son’s car and was helped by Ali. He was super helpful and spent quite a bit of time helping me even though it was just some small pieces. He made sure I got the right ones and they were perfect! Give Ali a raise!
I needed to replace a bulb / headlight in a Mercedes, Luis at this location helped me figure out which was the best solution to replace the headlights. He saved me hours of time, and a whole lot of frustration and money. I will be coming back to this location. I found my new go to spot for parts! Thanks Luis!
Very knowledgeable staffers. Very friendly and attentive. The part I needed wasn't in stock but Leonard was able to get my air filter from another location to arrive the next day. Picking it up was effortless and fast. Will visit the store again.
Bad customer service. I bought halogens lamp for my toyota car and it was tested on my car immediately which was faulty and refused to bring out light I immediately returned the halogen but the sales rep was giving me altitude and refused to refund or exchange it for me. I will encourage anyone to buy from them.
Called in about 10 minutes before they closed I didn’t know this. Was put on hold, he then came back; looked up the parts for my truck and I asked to order them at which point he replied “we close in 2 minutes “. I asked if I could place the order and he said “hold please”. I waited 10 minutes and then hung up. He put me on hold until he could run out the door. Rude.
Good over the phone but it seems that authenticating the correct parts on an order was low on their costumer satisfaction priority list. Called well in advance for coated front rotors and other items. I called again to confirm the arrival of the order before pickup. I arrive at the store to find that my “rotor” order went from two coated rotors to one coated and one economy rotor... Then they blame their colleagues at the Vaughan location for it. Doesn’t take much to verify an order’s authenticity and to confirm it when the client calls. Especially when two of the items, which are meant to be identical, come in two differently labeled packages. Hope this serves as a good learning opportunity.
The good: professional customer service, has almost any part you one in stock The bad: the prices are high compared to Amazon. Some parts are ridiculously high such as ignition coils, for 1 coil this place wanted $70 plus tax, and on Amazon I got all 8 ignition coil for an f150 for $75 + tax Moral of the story is always shop at least 3 or 4 places before you buy from here. I have added the photo of the product I was referring to with this review for comparation
Ok. So I'm Canadian and just moving back from the states. My car has Kansas plates. I think that's very important and speaks to the prejudice. I had a check engine light that was going on and off. It was suggested by mechanic here in Toronto take it to parts source to have the electrical test done . This would avoid the cost of them doing it. The pictures I post clearly state on the building they offer free electrical testing. I went into the store to speak with one of the associates. At first one gentleman was very nice he was an older man, younger man came over however and took over the conversation. First he told me I had misread the sign that they loan free tools they do not do free electrical testing. I exclaimed to him that he was welcome to send step outside and see for himself to sign clearly states free electrical testing. At this point he changed and asked me if I had a check engine light on. I told him it wasn't when I walked in the store however it kept blinking on and off which is why it was suggested to come here. At this point he laughed at me and told me the test wouldn't work. At this point I explained that since the light comes and goes every 15-20 seconds, the test would surely pick that up. Again he laughed at me and explained that I insisted on having it done, He could do this for a donation. At this point I was flabbergasted that this young , disrespectful , lying , person was an example of the new Canadian. So be prepared when you Shop here to be at the mercy of the staff. Their adverts and posted signs mean nothing. In the end he suggested a place in New York. Punk. Lying deceitful business.
I needed windshield washer blades. Always a struggle to install. Matthew was fantastic. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and figured out how to install the rear blade, which I probably would never have figured out. You have to do it blind under the covering. Thank you Matthew. See you when I replace the blades next winter.
Great manager! He was extremely helpful with an item return I had. I was returning a spring compressor and it was over 90 days. Still in original vacuum packaging though. He was very understanding and accommodating. Definitely going back.
