We bought a pair of golf carts last year and couldn't be happier! Cody walked us through the purchases and discussed options. We bought "sight unseen", and Cody was able to provide exactly the carts we wanted. Delivery to our park was on time and even after the sale, they were there to help! We added a few accessories after the fact, and they were even able to have these delivered to the park. Cody and the team at Albion went above and beyond, making our purchase seamless! We would highly recommend Albion Golf Carts to anyone who is in the market!
I Needed to replace my old golf cart so spoke to Cody at Albion. I found him very knowledgeable and accommodating. I explained my budget, what features I wanted, and he put together a proposal which gave me everything I wanted and even came in below my budget. We added a couple of additional features after more discussions & recommendations on his part, which I didn't even think about but that were helpful. The cart was put together very quickly and was delivered on time. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used golf cart to call Cody at Albion.
We cannot say enough good things about Albion Golf Cars and especially Cody Eaton. From first email to delivery of our beautiful vehicle we were smiling the entire time. I will sum our experience up in three words: BEST BEST BEST!
My dad and I purchased a 2021 Club Car Onward and it is the best purchase every. With the 3 year warranty it provides lots of additional security when we purchased the cart. Cody was amazing and the rest of the team is very kind and knowledgable. Bill was very informative when he dropped off the cart at our cottage Free delivery with purchase as well!!. Best purchasing experience I have ever had. Bought my cart from Albion in early May, and couldn't be happier with it. The experience from my initial inquiry to the delivery of my cart was amazing. We are absolutely in love with our new golf cart. My boys love the third row, lots more room. The golf cart is amazing! It is a head turner for sure. Everyone asks about it. Best purchase I’ve made. Cody was awesome to deal with! He answered all my questions! Cody made it a breeze to order my cart and made sure we were happy. I’m so glad that I found Albion golf cars, by far the best golf cart we’ve owned. Bill was awesome to deal with when He delivered it. My partner and I decided that this was the year for a golf cart, so the hunt began. After calling many dealers, my search was looking pretty dim for the money we wanted to spend as it had to be within our budget. The final call was to Albion Golf Cars. I spoke to Cody the Sales Manager and he invited me out to see the premises and some carts. He said he would be able to find something for me. When I arrived he introduced me to all the staff. They all were very friendly and full of information to assist me in my search. It was certainly a joy to meet them. After review on my requests with Cody, he found the right golf cart for us, right pricing, some added items, everything was prefect! I then asked about the Warranty as other dealers had said, One Month ,......Not at Albion...ONE YEAR WARRANTY, what a deal! If you are looking for great Customer Service, Excellent Value and a great Warranty, and a very knowledgeable team, look no further! Give Albion a call. I was looking for a golf cart that suits my family needs and I came across Albion Golf Cars. Cody greeted me over the phone and passed me to his colleague Nick. Nick was able to show me the different carts and explain their specifics. One we decided on what was best for me, Cody finalized everything and answered any questions I had remaining. The delivery driver, Bill dropped off the cart in perfect condition with very informative info for storing the cart during the winter. Cody, Nick and Bill all showed phenomenal service helping me get an amazing 6 passenger golf cart that me and the family drive around the park! Thank you Albion Golf Cars
. Wow, what excellent service from these guys!. I’ve been shopping around for a brand new Club Car Onward GAS golf cart for the last 4 months. When I first contacted Albion via email I received a response very quickly from Cody. I continued my correspondance with him for several weeks asking questions and getting specifics on a custom cart with all the options I was looking for. Cody patiently provided me with all the answers I was looking for and gave me a fantastic price. I even had questions regarding the maintenance of the cart and he quickly put me in touch with Bill the Service Manager who also answered all my questions. Today, I physically dropped in to see the cart for the first time all completed as per requested and met the entire crew. What a great experience, it really felt like I was dealing with my own family. All the employees were excellent and very friendly. I would not hesitate to buy from Albion again or recommend them to anyone looking for.a gas or electric golf cart. Look them up and contact them, you will not be disappointed. From beginning to end top notch service!!! Cody and the rest of the team at Albion are incredible to work with. This purchase was for my parents who live in a retirement community. Not only was this an easy purchase it was pleasurable. Cody and the team took the time to explain to my parents the different nuances of each machine ultimately leading us to select the Club Car Onward HP Lion. Pricing, payment and delivery was a breeze every single person we talked to was incredible. I always appreciate top notch service and although I did compare pricing Albion being the most comprehensive I wouldn’t have bought elsewhere.
