I could write a long paragraph about how amazing my experience was with B and his wife. I don't know much about cars and don't have really any tools, so he took his time to explain what I needed to do to fix my car and even loaned me his entire tool box to do so. I couldn't be more grateful B - I'm sure you'll be seeing me again some time :

I live right by Canadian tire downtown but I always go out of my way to go to Khapco. B is very knowledgeable, gives great customer service and if it's an odd part but its available, he orders it in for me. Support your local parts store :

Amazing service and knowledge. Small family run shop that has great inventory and if they don’t have a part they are able to get it in within just a few hours. Skip Amazon and call these folks. Highly recommend this place.

Very low effort from whoever answered the phone. I adkednif they had a particular sensor for my German car knowing its shared with other cars and isnt all that of an uncommon part. I wad told "no I wouldn't have that. Not even close. Sorry" he didn't bother looking anything up. Didn't offer to get it in for me either. Just generally unhelpful. And on the website id says they keep the parts Canadian tire doesnt bother to stock. But they didn't keep this sensor....and Canadian tire does. Shameful.

Great customer service, fast next day for the part I got, seems to be common shipping to the store, far and away the lowest price I could find. Also easy access via Queen and King streetcars if your car isn't working. Highly recommended. Great asset to downtown Toronto.

I got the battery I needed faster and for less. Plus I got more moral support and guidance than I ever got at home. I wish B and his wife were my parents. Such good service. .

Not going to find better prices anywhere else. For me, I don't even bother to comparison shop, I just order whatever I need and they will have the parts ready in a few hours. Open Saturday's is a huge bonus for out-of-towners who work weekdays and can't make the drive. Ordered parts from Waterloo on a Friday afternoon, picked up parts Saturday morning. When I went to pay for the order, the prices came down in price by a few dollars and the difference/savings past on to me. It's only a few bucks but it's nice to see how honest they are; they could have kept the difference for themselves.

I never write reviews but I am writing this one on my walk back from this auto parts store. A high level of professionalism combined with down to earth charismatics is what you would expect from the employees. Furthermore I was very pleased with their service and I’m writing this review so that others may find this shop like I did.

Purchased some rear shocks from these guys. I told them how much I could get them on an online site and they matched the price. Not sure if they will do this Everytime but they at least did it once for me. Being located so close to downtown is a huge convenience.
