I know that reviews count. My review of Downtown Chrysler, Adonis Rosalle and Kyle Li will do so. My experience generally is very professional, pleasant and personable. I've dealt with this dealership three times and have been given the utmost consideration especially with Adonis's care since 2017. I had a Wrangler stolen in Summer 2022 and despite this, Kyle and Adonis helped me navigate that. It was genuinely appreciated. And in sourcing my replacement 2023 Wrangler...Adonis and Kyle got me lined up with the best replacement! And they even found a model that came online in Ontario faster than if I waited for a factory model a few months. They want you driving and having fun in a Wrangler, and will make it a high-touch, personalized affair! It goes without saying that this is my experience, and I hope yours is just as wonderful!

Recently purchased a vehicle at Downtown Chrysler. The minute i walked in Zara at reception was friendly and professional. Introduced me to a salesman moments later. Ahmed my salesman was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Found what i was looking for in no time. Got to meet with George manager and Kyle financing . Both very personable and knowledgeable. These 3 Gentlemen had me in my BMW in the matter of a few days. The entire experience was perfect. Keep up the good work ! Oh they have great coffee at reception. Experience here was very delightful. I was working with Austin and Kyle Li sales and finance rep, both were fantastic. Austin was super patient with me and really gave me all the information I requested even when I went back and forth trying to decide on a vehicle, there was never any pressure working with Austin. Kyle worked with me about my finances and again pressure was off, he was very informative and answered all my questions as this is my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. These guys really gave me the VIP treatment and I look forward to continuing this relationship with them and the dealership. Thank you both again!

Great experience. Adonis was able to make my remote buying experience easy and pretty simple and was patient when walking through all the new vehicle features . Charles got the paperwork done super quickly and I was on the road in an hour or two rather than the 3 or 4 I was thinking. Super nice folks and I feel confident in any after sales questions I'll have. Highly recommended.

I didn’t end up buying a Jeep my wife decided I wanted something else more, but I was absolutely wowed by the service and professionalism of the staff here. Adonis took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured and felt free to get all of the details so my wife could make our decisions. Thanks for a great experience!

Terrible at their jobs, they were trying to sell me a car at a high price. The car suspensions were making a crazy loud noise, the engine cover was not even its place, interior seats were used a lot, just by looking at the car i could see an easy $8,000 repair when i talked with my mechanic about these problems. After that I told them, this is the situation and you can see it. So i offered them either fix it and give it to me, or remove the amount of repair I’m going to spend on it from the car’s price. Again no one wants to buy or drive a Bad car, If you think the same, don’t buy from them. Untrustworthy, and terrible customer service. Their manager was rude to me for telling him the problems and the offer of the car, offer is offer, you can decline it, but you don’t need to be angry looking and rude to others. You are there to serve me and other people, because e we are customers
