Parts & Labour opened in 2010 to major acclaim as the new cultural hub of Parkdale - the hip west end neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. The 5,000 square-foot space boasts a haute cuisine restaurant/bar overseen by Chef Matthew Matheson (Keep it Canada), who harvests some of his ingredients from the rooftop garden. A live-music venue on the lower level (The Shop) rounds out the experience brought to you by Richard Lambert and Jesse Girard founders of "THE SOCIAL GROUP." TSG is made up of Parts & Labour, P&L Burger, P&L Catering, The Dog & Bear, and The Hoxton.
