I think I found my new burger place, now that Blue Door is no more. I would order it with fried onions if that were an option, but it’s pretty amazing as it is, nicely browned yet juicy and tender. They know what they’re doing. I am looking forward to trying the “boozy milkshake” on my next visit.

Oh! My! Gosh! Best burger! Bacon and egg add on. Brussel sprouts are a must! No. You don't understand. I don't care if you usually don't like them.. I guarantee you will love them. Taste like candy.

Random stop here tonight with family. Can't wait to come back. Cocktails are awesome. Serving staff lovely. Food items fresh, eclectic, & tasty! We'll get pictures next visit.

Nice dinner. Menu was a bit limited, but the food was good as well as the drinks. Burger was delicious, especially with the thick piece of bacon on top. Also really liked the cauliflower. Service was very nice. Restaurant is long with 3 or 4 rooms...plenty of seating and a bar.

Great food and one of the best burgers I've had, but too pricey and they add a 5% surcharge to the entire bill, drinks included. Burger with an egg added was $18. Just the burger. No fries, no sides, nothing extra.

Probably the best burger I have had. Blend of ground chuck, ribeye and brisket. Topped with white american cheese and thick cut pork belly bacon!

I will go out of my way to visit this place. The food was amazing! The quality and freshness was just the beginning. The atmosphere can be simple at the diner or intimate by the bar. The staff was friendly and their recommendations made the food and experience better.

Delicious hamburgers and roasted cauliflower! Parlour burger has one of the best hamburgers in Minneapolis. Check it out if you love a good burger. I'm from Denver, CO and was told I needed to come try one while visiting. It was worth the trip and is on my top hamburger list.
