This hotel is not as new as others in town, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette and it was excellent. If you need anything, you just ask at the desk and staff kindly accommodate requests.
The rooms are fine. The smell is a little off putting but the rooms are large. Front desk lady questioned me about my service dog even though I have a card for him. Asking if it was an actual service dog or if I was lying cause according to her people lie all the time about it. Then was asked what it he was a service dog for, its illegal to ask me questions like that if I have a card and its non of your businessnnThe man who works overnights is extremely misserable and very unprofessional. When telling him about a bug infestation behind my fridge. I was given a bunch of attitude and then basically hung up on after telling me house keeping would deal with it. When I talked to housekeeping the next day. No one mentioned anything to them.nnThe house keeping staff are the nicest
We were evacuated out of our town due to wild fires, the hotel helped over 200 ppl get settled and made it alot less stressful. Thank you to the staff who were there to help.
Nice big clean rooms. Priced right. Wonderful beds. At door parking which I love. Only negative was the parking area is so well lighted by the rooms they need blackout curtains. Will stay here again when in the area.
When they say fully equipped kitchenette, they mean they have provided you with enough to boil water. There isn’t even a mixing bowl. Bring supplies if you are planning to stay and actually cook anything in this kitchen.
