Almac Motor Hotel - If Busy Call

I had such a wonderful stay at Al Mac Hotel and truly can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. What stood out most to me was their patience — especially when I arrived a bit late to breakfast a few times. Instead of turning me away, they welcomed me with a smile and made sure I was still taken care of. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated.nnI’ve stayed at top-tier hotels around the world — from the US to Dubai, Switzerland, Egypt, Malaysia, and beyond, including many 5-star and even the occasional 7-star property — but I’ve never encountered a manager who cared as deeply and genuinely as he does. His dedication truly sets this place apart! You can tell he truly carries the spirit of the hotel on his shoulders — always present, always attentive, and leading by example. His dedication shines through in every detail, he always smiled at the guests and made sure that they felt welcome and was quite patient with everyone!nnThe hotel itself was spotless — you could really see the care that goes into maintaining it.nnAl Mac may be an older hotel, but the incredible team breathes fresh life into it. Their hospitality and care made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Huge thanks to everyone — I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

My son and I stay there for 5 nights. Yes it need a little upgrade.nThe service was one off the best I had at hotels.nThe manager go above and beyond. He is such a nice guy. Always up to fixing any thing u need. I can not say enough great thing about this manager. The experience with staff and manager is worth the stay.

This is an older hotel but management is making a good effort to update it. The rooms are clean and spacious. But nothing beats the amazing service. Rav goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide his guests with all they need. He is one of the most kind people I've met and customer service is his priority! The breakfast is simple but good. We are happy when we leave and would love to see this gem succeed. Great value for the price.

1st time at Al Mac. I give a 5 star for giving us a welcoming stay, it was nice and quiet. The room and linen are clean, nice housekeepers. The breakfast was great It's an old facility but they are keeping it upto date. Thanks Rav

Rough go at this hotel. There was no one at the front desk and when someone did come after approx 20 minutes they did not have my reservation. The front desk gal was also rude to another cleaning employee who was trying to help me. “Continental hot breakfast” was self serve as in we were told by staff to go into the hotel kitchen and serve ourselves to the bread and muffins on the counter. The bedding had burn holes in it as well as what looked to be washed blood stains.
