Almac Motor Hotel - If Busy Call

I checked into a hotel room at 4am. The front desk attendent assured me that I would have the room until the next day, check out time 11am. However ,11 hours after checking in , still the same day, the manager informed me that I had missed check out and asked if I would be staying one more night and that I would be charged extra. Shouldn't I be allowed to keep the room for a full day even if it means a few extra hours? Providing that checking in at 4am can be negotiated and agreed upon by hotel management, I shouldn't be required to pay for two nights.

I loved it. Room for my winch Truck at the back. Convenient location. A great waitress who was freindly, courteous, and always smiling. Great selection on the menu. Reasonably priced. Good service and no wait even though it was busy at lunch. Good atmosphere. Good food. Home cooking.

Building has a stale smell throughout, beds were like a sheet of plywood and there was toenail clippings on our floor.
